Shipping and Returns
Shipping with Stoked is easy. We will do everything we can to get your order shipped quickly.
We know how stoked you get when you order a new board. We will ship out as quickly as we can so you can quit the waiting, and start the skating. We have FedEx and usually USPS send you a tracking number with each order. If there is a backorder notice on a product you wish to purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get an ETA.We take absolutely no responsibility for lost or stolen products once the item has left the origin of our shipments as stated as the FOB shipping point. If you would like your package to require a direct, indirect, or adult signature upon delivery, please reply to your confirmation email once you place your order and we will reply confirming your request. Additional shipping charges apply to all orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
We offer free FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS (our decision) shipping on all orders over $25 in the continental United States.
We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible to pass on the best price possible to our customers.
ATTENTION: Stoked Skateboards is not responsible for any customs or tax fees you may, and probably will, receive when your items are delivered to your location. These are entirely the buyer's responsibility and we do not include them with our price and will not ever pay for them. Please understand the possible customs and tax fees before purchasing. Online ordering for Canada is available! We accept Paypal only. Please contact us if you have any trouble placing an international order or would like additional information.
Other International Shipments
If you are unable to place your international order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve the issue.
A shipping charge for your country will automatically be added when the shipping option is chosen during checkout. If it is not added, you must first contact us at email@example.com to resolve the issue. If you proceed with your international order anyway with no shipping cost, you will be contacted for shipping payment before your order is processed and shipped. This will delay your order.
Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies
Refunds and Exchanges are cake!
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping the products back to us. This time period includes transit time back to our warehouse (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via email of your refund once we have processed the returned item.
Prices on all items can change without notice.
