Phat DeanZ came about in 2009, for the most part, by accident. It grew from a love of skateboarding in the 80’s that morphed to the longboard and downhill scene in the late 2000’s. I was messing around with materials in my garage making my own slide pucks. When I sprung them on my crew the general consensus was that I should market them. After a little more research, and extensive testing, I released Phat DeanZ slide pucks. What I bring to the table is a pure driven passion for a sport I love, a little innovation, a quality product, and an understanding that customers come first. So far it’s been a labor of love and I’m enjoying every minute of it. I hope to grow and expand in the future and most of all I hope to spread the STOKE to skaters the world over. At the end of the day, if the only thing I get out of Phat DeanZ is good friends and good fun, then I’ll sleep with a smile on my face knowing I’ve been successful.
