Shipping & Delivery
We know how stoked you get when you order a new board. We will ship out as quickly as we can so you can quit the waiting, and start the skating. We have your shipping company send you a tracking number whenever possible. If you want to know specifically when your board will arrive, please log in to your account with us and check the status. If for whatever reason you cannot get the status, you can email us at info@stokedskateboards.com.

We take absolutely no responsibility for lost or stolen products once the item has left the origin of our shipments as stated as the FOB shipping point. If you would like your package to require a direct, indirect, or adult signature upon delivery, please select this option on the shipping options page. We appreciate your understanding.

We offer free FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Ground (our decision) shipping on all orders over $99 in the continental US.

Stoked is commited to keeping your information private and secure. To better protect your privacy, the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns.

What Information Is Collected:
As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers:
Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Email address, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card Information

How That Information Is Used:
The information will only be used to get your products to you and keep you informed about your purchase. Under no circumstances is your information released outside of us delivering your products to you. Any questions regarding our policy will be promptly answered. Our Commitment To The Security of Your Data
We use 256 bit SSL to keep your data protected during transfers.
Returns & Replacements
We will take any product back as long as it is unopened and unused within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Unfortunately, unless there is a defect with the product, return shipping charges are at the expense of the buyer. All orders can be canceled as long as the order has not been shipped out.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping the products back to us. This time period includes transit time back to our warehouse (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via email of your refund once we have processed the returned item.

Prices on all items can change without notice.
Ordering
We have done our best to make ordering as quick and as easy as possible. All items have real time inventory. If you have any questions regarding orders, please contact sales@stokedskateboards.com.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Competitor Pricing: Stoked is commited to the best prices. We will meet or beat prices of all other major skate shops. Both our price and their price must include shipping. To get the better price, email us at sales@stokedskateboards.com with a link to the page with the item you found and we will match it or beat it depending on the price and the item. Unfortunately, the additional cost of California sales tax does not apply to this offer. If it is an item in a "brick and mortar" skate shop that is in question, email us and we will work it out. We want you stoked.

Lower Prices: We have received several calls and emails asking how we can sell our boards and components for so much cheaper than some other skate shops. The answer is this: We simply do not believe in charging skaters a ton of money for skate products. We understand what it is like to ride a new board and/or new components. We want you to be able to experience that feeling, without having to pay a lot of money. Stoked is committed to prices as low as possible. Please, if you have any questions, ask us. We are more than happy to help you.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Stoked Skateboards is not responsible for any customs or tax fees you may, and probably will, receive when your items are delivered to your location. These are entirely the buyer's responsibility and we do not include them with our price and will not ever pay for them. Please understand your possible customs and tax fees before purchasing. Viewing Orders
To view a pending order, you can login to your account. This will provide status, tracking (if available), updates, and other useful information. Please check the status of your order online before emailing or calling us for the status.
