Stoked (adjective) - to be "stoked" is to be completely and intensely enthusiastic, exhilarated, or excited about something. Those who are stoked all of the time know this; being stoked is the epitome of all being. When one is stoked, there is no limit to what one can do.

All emails are responded to within 3 business days, however, more than likely you will get a response within 12 hours, 7 days a week. Evironmental Awareness:
Stoked Skateboards is committed to protecting and preserving the environment. We do all in our power to leave as small of a carbon footprint as possible. Stoked recycles packing materials we receive from manufacturers, ships with recyclable bubble wrap, and sells tons of goods from companies that care about the Earth as we do. We only get one Earth, so please be sure to do your part to insure future generations can enjoy skateboarding as much as you do!
Lower Prices:
We have received several calls and emails asking how we can sell our boards and components for so much cheaper than some other skate shops. The answer is this: We simply do not believe in charging skaters a ton of money for skate products. We understand what it is like to ride a new board and/or new components. We want you to be able to experience that feeling, without having to pay a lot of money. Stoked is committed to prices as low as possible. Please, if you have any questions, ask us. We are more than happy to help you.
*Stoked will meet or beat prices of all other major skate shops. Both our price and their price must include shipping. To get the better price, email us at getstoked@stokedskateboards.com with a link to the page with the item you found and we will match it or beat it depending on the price and the item. Unfortunately, the additional cost of California sales tax does not apply to this offer. If it is an item in a "brick and mortar" skate shop that is in question, email us and we will work it out. We want you stoked.
Shipping Information:
We know how stoked you get when you order a new board. We will ship out as quickly as we can so you can quit the waiting, and start the skating. We have FedEx send you a tracking number with each order. If you want to know specifically when your board will arrive, please email us at getstoked@stokedskateboards.com.
We take absolutely no responsibility for lost or stolen products once the item has left the origin of our shipments as stated as the FOB shipping point. If you would like your package to require a direct, indirect, or adult signature upon delivery, please state this in the comments section when placing your order and we will take ca

We offer free FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Ground (our decision) shipping on all orders over $99 in the continental US.
We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible to pass on the best price possible to our customers.
International Orders:
ATTENTION: Stoked Skateboards is not responsible for any customs or tax fees you may, and probably will, receive when your items are delivered to your location. These are entirely the buyer's responsibility and we do not include them with our price and will not ever pay for them. Please understand your possible customs and tax fees before purchasing. Online ordering for Canada is available! We accept Paypal only. If order is not received through Paypal, we will cancel the order and contact you for the Paypal payment. Please contact us if you have any trouble placing an international order or would like additional information.
Other International Shipments:
If you are unable to place your international order, please email getstoked@stokedskateboards.com to resolve the issue.
A shipping charge for your country will automatically be added when the shipping option is chosen during checkout. If it is not added, you must first contact us at getstoked@stokedskateboards.com to resolve the issue. If you proceed with your international order anyway with no shipping cost, you will be contacted for shipping payment before your order is processed and shipped. This will delay your order.

Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:
We will take any product back as long as it is unopened and unused within 30 days of delivery for a refund with a 5% restocking fee (to cover credit card transactions, labor to ship items, packing materials, etc). Returns over 30 days from day of purchase are subject to refund with a 10% restocking fee. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Unfortunately, unless there is a defect with the product, return shipping charges are at the expense of the buyer. All orders can be canceled as long as the order has not been shipped out (restocking fees will apply).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping the products back to us. This time period includes transit time back to our warehouse (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via email of your refund once we have processed the returned item.
